Founder

Gaurav Verma

Leads product and data, including the engine that reads 50+ UK and Irish public registers.

Gaurav works in international trade, managing imports and exports for Ardensy Technologies, which sources recovered paper from UK suppliers for paper mills in India. Every new UK partner meant the same checks: is the company active, who runs it, is it in financial trouble, and has anything changed since the last order?

The answers were public, but spread across Companies House, the Gazette, court lists and regulators' websites. Reckonant started as the tool he wanted for those checks, and grew into a way to find and reach the right companies too.

Iza Setia

Leads the company: strategy, partnerships and the customer experience.

Before Reckonant, Iza founded and grew Iza Setia Makeovers, a luxury beauty brand, and Iza Setia Academy, its training arm. Building both from scratch meant doing her own selling: finding the right clients, earning their trust and following up consistently, with no sales team behind her.

She knows how much time a growing business loses to prospecting and paperwork. At Reckonant she makes sure the product gives that time back, and stays simple enough for any team to use on day one.
