Where the data comes from, and how we look after it
Good decisions need data you can trust. Here's what Reckonant uses, how fresh it is, and how we protect it.
Built on official UK and Irish registers
Companies House
Company records, status, SIC codes, registered addresses, filed accounts, officers, persons with significant control and charges.
Licensed UK data partners
Business contact details, websites and firmographic enrichment from providers licensed to supply them for B2B use.
50+ public registers
Gazette insolvency notices, court lists, regulators such as the FCA, SRA and HSE, HMRC's published tax defaulters, sponsor licences and public contract awards, across the UK and Ireland. Each event is matched to a company number and linked to its source.
Your own activity
Opens, clicks, replies and meeting outcomes from your campaigns feed reachability and intent in your workspace only.
Freshness and confidence you can see
We show when each piece of data was last updated and how confident we are in it, so you can judge it for yourself.
- Register changes picked up as Companies House publishes them
- Public register events read daily and linked to their source
- Financials updated when new accounts are filed
- Contact emails verified before Autopilot uses them
- Scores recalculated when the underlying data changes
B2B outreach done properly

- Legitimate-interest assessment template recorded per campaign
- Clear sender identity and an opt-out in every first email
- Workspace-wide suppression list, honoured across all campaigns

Data questions
How often is company data updated?
Register data such as officers, status and charges is refreshed as Companies House publishes changes. Financials update when a company files new accounts. The 50+ public registers, such as the Gazette, court lists and regulator decisions, are read every day.
Do you sell my data?
No. Your lists, campaigns and engagement data belong to your workspace and are not sold or shared with other customers.
Where do contact emails come from?
From licensed data partners and public business sources. Emails are verified before Autopilot uses them, and anyone can opt out at any time.
Can someone ask to be removed?
Yes. Opt-out and removal requests are honoured across all workspaces. Contact us using the details on our contact page.
Questions about data or security?
